Basic info:

- these are non-residential retreats i.e. you stay at your own home or at some accommodation you arrange and attend the monastery during the day.

- there is no fee to attend retreats.  The monastery is supported by donations.  If you are able and wish to offer a donation, this is gratefully accepted.  Donation info.

Step 1: Read the Retreat Info....it has been updated for those who have attended previous             retreats.

Step 2: Fill out the Registration Form (Note: starting this year, you are invited to register for up to three of our four retreats that are offered each year).
