Walking Meditation

This video starts with arm movement meditation for those confined to a wheel chair. Then the Thai Forest tradition of walking meditation is described. Thich Nhat Hanh's walkingmethod is intertwined with the Thai method. Finally Mahãsī Sayādaw's six part walking style is demonstrated. The different methods mesh beautifully with different levels of samadhi.
